Sierra Cantabria 2011 Única Reserva (Rioja)

Cellar Selection

Firm, generous aromas of fresh-cut oak, lemon peel and wild berries are alluring and finely chiseled. This is a bit sharp and tannic, with pushy, high-toned acidity ensuring a long life for this Tempranillo. Wiry, roasted plum and berry flavors finish tight as a drum, with zesty acidity and toasty length. Drink through 2025. Michael Schachner
