Silvan Ridge 2017 Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

Pleasant aromas of cocoa and rose soap lead into a stiffly tannic, rather grainy wine whose flavors of espresso and mocha more or less overtake the tight, thin red fruit. It finished hard and short with plenty of tannin. Paul Gregutt
