This fairly plump yet sturdy Chard delivers creamy oak aromatics supported by notes of perfume and bee's wax. The palate is ample, with clean flavors of pear, lemon and apricot. Lastly, a buttery but welcome taste appears on the long finish. With more expressive fruit, this could be a star. Even as is it's quite good.
