Winemaker: John Loubser. The bouquet of this MCC is bright and crisp, yet somewhat mature, offering scents of red apple and orange peel laced with hints of toast and sweet spice. The carbonation is aggressive, boasting a vibrant, full mousse and tart acidity. Rich fruit floods the palate on first sip, followed shortly after by accents of toasted brioche and subtle oak. The medium-length finish offers a refreshing hit of salinity.
