Simi 1998 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (Alexander Valley)

Just terrific, a gorgeous mouthful of wine that tastes so good, you don't want to swallow. Defines a feminine approach to Cabernet, filled with elaborate fruit, designer oak and a velvety texture that's beguiling. Fabulous concentration, a little soft, but that's splitting hairs.
