The Kaapse Vonkel (meaning Cape Sparkle in Afrikaans) Brut Rosé is a blend of 53% Pinot Noir, 45% Pinotage and 2% Pinot Meunier. It's a subtle selection, offering delicate notes of rose, Asian pear, lemon custard and white strawberry. The palate is creamy yet brisk in medium carbonation, ending light and fresh.
