A nicely balanced, impeccably clean, spicy and leesy wine that puts the emphasis on the fruit rind flavors of the grape, rather than the floral or soapy side. Lime and grapefruit are there in abundance, along with a hint of passion fruit. This is a great choice for spicy Asian food on a warm summer evening.
