This is 100% Riesling from the up-and-coming Ancient Lakes AVA. Residual sugar is around 10 g/L, but it's fruit-driven and just slightly off dry, with the fresh acidity and minerality which typify this vineyard's Rieslings. Vibrant with flavors of pineapple, orange flesh and peel, this food friendly wine could be cellared until 2019.
