This wine skirts the limits of low alcohol, given added weight and body through 75% whole-cluster fermentation and time in 25% new French oak. Light in color and weight, it's sauvage and floral in a crispness of rose petal, with accents of cranberry and cherry. Tightly wound, it could stand some time in the cellar, through 2021.
