This new summer selection from Smutty was brewed like a “country table beer,” with a rustic blend of oats, barley and wheat and fermented with a spicy saison yeast strain from France. The result is a deliciously refreshing and amazingly approachable beer that still offers flavor and personality. It's light and crisp on the palate, with notes of green banana, white pepper, cracker malt, lemon peel and underripe tropical fruit throughout. The carbonation is fine but bright, ending dry and clean on the finish.
