Sobon Estate 2005 Viognier (Amador County)

What Americans like about Viognier, namely an entire fruit stand in a bottle, this wine delivers. In alphabetical order, that would be apricots, apples, bananas (sauteed), guavas, nectarines, papayas, peaches and pineapples, for starters. That doesn't even count the spices and flowers. A wine of this size is enjoyable on its own.
