From 23-year-old vines, this limited (102 cases) unfiltered Pinot has a thick, murky look. It smells of strawberry/cherry preserves, and carries those sweet preserve flavors throughout. Medium-weight and properly balanced, it mixes its generous fruit with barrel toast and firm tannins. —P.G.
