Sokol Blosser 2012 Orchard Block Pinot Noir (Dundee Hills)

Purple plum and spicy cherry fruits hold down the center here, making this a forward, easy-drinking wine of medium weight and length. It's quite expressive of the vintage, which offers lovely ripe fruit first and foremost. Drink this while you let some of the tighter selections glean a bit of bottle age. Paul Gregutt
