Viña Aquitania dared to go to new southerly latitudes and planted vines in Malleco Valley's cool climate. This Pinot Noir has an herbaceous character and slightly drying tannins. It shows aromas of dried cherry and herbs on the earthy nose. Notes of aniseed, tomato paste and ripe red fruit fill the palate. Good acidity carries grassy notes throughout the finish. Jesica Vargas
