Soléna 2016 Grande Cuvée Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

Pretty cherry fruit opens this wine and shows instant appeal. There's also a streak of rubber, suggesting that it remains a bit reductive and should be aggressively aerated. Hints of black olive and tar come up through the finish. Paul Gregutt
