This lovely wine opens with aromas of yellow flower, pear and yellow apple. The juicy fruit sensations carry over to the palate along with citrusy lemon, yellow peach, mineral and a light, salty note accompanied by fresh acidity and a delicate mousse. Refermented in the bottle but not disgorged, it has a light layer of sediment on the bottom of the bottle that adds to the depth of flavors.
