Apparently the allure of Rioja proved too great for the Torres family, because now they have a wine from Spain's signature region. Ibéricos is dark and fruity, with exotic perfume notes and also some soupy qualities. The flavors of strawberry and raspberry have a thick creamy accent, while vanilla and dill are prominent on the finish. Imported by Dreyfus, Ashby & Co.
