Sparkling Pointe 2016 Brut Méthode Champenoise Sparkling (North Fork of Long Island)

Aromas of brioche, lemon oil and apple are rich on the nose, but well balanced and welcoming. More than half of the cuvée is Chardonnay, with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier making up the difference. Concentrated, creamy flavors of lemon and apple are framed by firm elements of toast and blanched almond that extend on the lingering finish. Alexander Peartree
