Almost entirely sourced from Klipsun Vineyard Cabernet, and aged for 22 months in two thirds new French oak, this powerful wine is loaded with aromas of toast, mocha, nougat, and latte—all good, but needing a few more years of bottle age to meld with the deep berry and pretty cassis fruit. Still finding its way, with green tea flavors in the tannins. A good one to lock away for a few years.
