Lovely scents of fynbos and sweet grass mingle with fruity tones of melon rind, gooseberry and underripe mango on the nose and mouth. The fresh and inviting palate offers more of the same, with lingering hints of citrus zest, lime leaf and white currant on the medium-length finish. It's zippy, but layered and flavorful, with excellent overall balance and harmony.
