Spier 2021 Million Trees Sauvignon Blanc (Western Cape)

Dried grass and baby's breath complement the white melon, green banana and citrus rind aromas on the nose of this wine. It's light in weight, though carries an impression of fullness thanks to a bit more riper fruit flavor than the nose suggests. Ample acidity keeps it fresh through the close. Lauren Buzzeo
