This is slightly shy and reserved off the bat, but expresses itself more with some time in the glass, yielding scents of melon rind, underripe peach and lightly spiced citrus rind. There's a gorgeous texture to the palate, with a subtle pithiness and grassy astringency that frames the stone-fruit flavors. Drink now–2021.
