Spottswoode 2016 Sauvignon Blanc (Napa-Sonoma)

This stunning white is sourced from a handful of sources, including the producer's estate, but also Hyde Vineyard in Carneros, Stagecoach on Atlas Peak, and several sites on Sonoma Mountain. It offers a demure nose of honeysuckle and peach before allowing room for lemon, quince and dried herb to come forth on the creamy palate, finishing bright and fresh in acidity. Virginie Boone
