Lifted aromas of lemon and grapefruit combine with toasted nuts, green flower stems and a salty, sea spray quality. The acidity in this wine at the moment is searing and texturally it's a little lean and mean, but this fumé-style Sauvignon should be an interesting one to watch develop in bottle over the next few years.
