Spy Valley 2021 Handpicked Single Estate Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough)

Lime, waxy lemon and pineapple rind open this gentle fruity Sauvignon. They're underpinned by a soft green-herb and bell pepper note. The palate is dry overall but showing a hint of residual sugar. The palate is slippery in texture, with crunchy acidity and a tangy lime finish. It's balanced and refreshing. Christina Pickard
