St. Hubertus 2012 Dry Riesling (Okanagan Valley)

A whiff of petrol introduces this bone-dry effort, continuing with flavors of citrus rind and tangerine. The piercing acidity will cut through any number of noodle dishes, white fish, or poultry, though on its own the wine seems to fade into a somewhat dilute finish. Paul Gregutt
