Staglin 2000 Salus Chardonnay (Rutherford)

Only 30% malolactic fermentation gives the wine some creaminess but maintains the freshness of the fruit. With aromas of pear, pineapple and toast, it has smoky, rich, flavors that end in a soft nutty finish.
