Steele 2016 Pinot Noir (Santa Barbara County)

Rich aromas of black cherry and boysenberry are wrapped in mesquite-like oak influence on the nose of this bottling. The barrel spice plays strongly on the sip too, where cedar, caramel and vanilla flavors overtake the roasted red-fruit core. Matt Kettmann
