Steindorfer 2015 Apetlon Rouge Red (Burgenland)

The nose brims with fruit. Fleshy, almost overripe red cherry sets the tone on the nose that carries through to the palate. The body is juicy but has some grip while the cherry fruit attains crunch, a touch of white pepper spice and more freshness than the nose would suggest. The finish is vivid and moreish.
