Steindorfer 2015 Reserve Blaufränkisch (Burgenland)

Smoky mocha hints precede notes of aromatic black cherry. The smooth and lush ripeness of the fruit only becomes apparent on the rich, almost luscious palate. The body is smooth and rounded, pliable and plush. The tannins are present but soft, it is ripe black cherry fruit that reigns supreme. Lovely freshness on the finish makes for a bright, long aftertaste. Anne Krebiehl MW
