Stellum Rye Fibonacci Blend #1

Attention math fans: this is a blend of six cask-strength rye blends (distilled in Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee) combined in accordance with the Fibonacci sequence, a series of numbers, each the sum of the two previous numbers. So how does it taste? There's lots of oak, vanilla, brown sugar and baking spice, leading into a butterscotch finish tinged with tingly, peppery heat. Kara Newman
