Stephen Ross 2002 Pinot Noir (Edna Valley)

Editors' Choice

A marvelously plush, complex wine. Earthy aromas, sautéed mushrooms, cola, smoked meat, ripe cherries and raspberries and Oriental spices combine in a dense, lush mouthfeel. Fabulous length and harmony in the finish. This is seriously fine Pinot Noir. Drink now or through 2006.
