Stephen Ross 2003 Bien Nacido Vineyard Pinot Noir (Santa Maria Valley)

Extracted and soft, this single-vineyard Pinot has a full-bodied mouthfeel framing cherry, coffee, blackberry and cassis flavors. It tastes almost like a Cabernet, except for the silky texture. Heavy now, but it might lighten up in a few years.
