There's slight buttercream alongside nectarine, Gala apple and just-ripe melon in this offering from Central Coast veteran Stephen Ross Dooley, who sourced the historic Bien Nacido Vineyard for this wine. Once sipped, the balance between Key lime pie flavors, present but not overly brisk acidity, and a tad of bitterness emerges. Pair with cedar- planked salmon topped with mango salsa.
