Given the leaps and bounds forward made in recent vintages by Oregon sparkling wines, it's fair to place many of them among the New World's finest. This 70-30 Pinot Noir-Chardonnay blend is a tawny straw color, with bright apple fruit touched with cinnamon. Young and vintage dated, it's a great candidate for the cellar, and should drink well through the 2020s. Paul Gregutt
