The aromas on this bottling from just outside the coastal town of Cambria start with slightly boozy vanilla and caramel-corn characters, followed by a bit of salinity and tart green apple. Once sipped, the alcohol heat continues, along with buttered popcorn, green apple and a tad of bitterness too. Serve with chicken or tuna salad.
