Gewürztraminer often stuns when it shows floral scents on the nose yet is utterly dry on the palate. That's what happens in this bottling, with aromas reminiscent of walking through a blooming field of plumeria, jasmine, orange blossoms and Pink Lady apples. The palate is bone-dry, with balanced acidity and a stony texture, framing crisp pear and dried apple flavors.
