Stolo 2018 Rosé (San Luis Obispo County)

There is the usual hint of cherry on the nose of this rosé, yet much more unique tones of chalk, steel, wet gravel and crushed stone, making for a very mineral-driven expression. The palate is grippy and offers flavors or sour lemon, nectarine and pear flesh. Matt Kettmann
