Storm 2017 Presqu'ile Vineyard Pinot Noir (Santa Maria Valley)

Dark mulberry and blistered tomato flavors meet with cracked peppercorn, bay leaf and eucalyptus tea on the nose of this bottling from an extremely chilly vineyard. There's a lot of herbal zest to the palate, where tea and tomato-leaf flavors converge with green cardamom, Kalamata olive and brisk, underripe raspberry. Matt Kettmann
