92pointsStyring 2016 Estate Pinot Noir (Ribbon Ridge)

This is sourced from the original 2003 planting, and those vines are just now moving into maturity. The wine shows excellent focus, with tart red berry and piercing grapefruit flavors. It's not as ripe as the previous vintage, which bumps up the perceived acidity while keeping the fruit in the red spectrum. Give this ample aeration before drinking. Paul Gregutt
