Styring 2016 Signature Pinot Noir (Ribbon Ridge)

The cherry fruit has some of the character of a pastry. There's a whiff of crust, and then some peppery herb. When first opened the finish seems attenuated, though with aggressive aeration it will open up and show its true colors. Paul Gregutt
