Styring 2017 Estate Pinot Noir (Ribbon Ridge)

Styring sits in a prime spot atop Ribbon Ridge, and this estate bottling has the steel and muscle to age and open up over the next decade. Tight blueberry, plum and black cherry fruit is packed down with tannins that bring some black olive flavors. The finish trails out with a touch of rubber. Give this one extra aeration. Paul Gregutt
