94pointsSugrue Pierre Ltd. 2013 The Trouble With Dreams Brut (England)

Greengage, Granny Smith and lemon on the nose suggest ample vivid freshness. On the palate, the fine mousse amplifies that fruity citrus-dominated freshness into a palate of fruity expression and lively creaminess. The entire wine seems to be a playful interaction of fruit, quintessential freshness and yeasty richness that, at least for now, hides its serious pleasure behind almost frivolous ease. Do not be fooled, this has real depth and deserves to be sipped slowly. It will develop. Drink now though 2025. Anne Krebiehl MW
