A wonderful nose of white flowers, pear cider, honeydew, guava soda and papaya promises an interesting wine. Then bitterness takes hold of the palate, which is tense the entire time with lime and grapefruit pith dominating a little apple fruit. Very fresh, but challenging. Serve with spicy foods.
