Sutcliffe 2016 Syrah (Colorado)

Green peppercorn, mulberry and spruce aromas weave together on the nose. Juicy acidity and tingling tannins are loaded with spice, creating an approachable yet serious structure. Tart red berry, cranberry, red currant and cherry are pulled into a spicy peppery finish. Though the pepper note is dominant, it is still juicy through the finish. Fiona Adams
