Swan's Neck French Grape Vodka

Initial sniffings detect grapy and musty notes; after further air contact, the grapiness turns more red fruit-like, almost to the point of resembling Port or vermouth. Palate entry is fruity and overripe; at midpalate, the acid deficiency comes into play as the flavor profile becomes fat and flabby, lacking crispness and therefore structure. P.P.
