Sweet Cheeks 2018 Riesling (Oregon)

As the back label Riesling scale indicates, this is off-dry and hits the sweet spot between sweet and sour bang on. Meyer lemon, pineapple and apricot fruit are in play, leaving a juicy tang on the palate that invites the next sip. It is finished at 45 g/L but does not seem that sweet or sugary given the luscious acidity. Paul Gregutt
