Swiftwater 2016 Octave Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (Walla Walla Valley (WA))

Aromas of freshly brewed black coffee and caramel are out front. Plum, anise, green herb and cherry jam notes are behind them. A full-throttled palate follows, with burly tannins backing it all up. It needs significant time in the cellar for the tannins to (hopefully?) unwind. Sean P. Sullivan
