88pointsSyncline 2006 Rosé (Columbia Valley (WA))

Syncline consistently produces one of Washington's most interesting rosés. The blend, as usual, includes Grenache (68%), Mourvèdre (25%) and Cinsault (7%). Sourced from a diverse group of Columbia Valley vineyards, this is a lush, round and thoroughly delightful basket of tangy fruits: berries, citrus, rhubarb, white peach and more. It cleans the palate and fills the mouth with bracing, fresh flavors. Paul Gregutt
