Viognier, Roussanne and Grüner Veltliner mix pleasantly in this newest edition of Syncline's popular Subduction white. Tasted shortly after bottling, it was delightful, though perhaps not yet at its peak. Spicy and aromatic, with melon, herb and lemongrass, and just a whiff of white pepper.
